As part of its commitment to meet serve more of their customers’ regulatory testing needs, York EMC Services Ltd (YES) has added testing to the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) to its portfolio and has achieved UKAS accreditation for this work as of February 2008.
As the name implies, York EMC Services started off in 1995 just offering EMC testing and consultancy but has been adding to capabilities year on year.
LVD testing has been offered from the Laboratory in Dalgety Bay, Fife since 2000 and also by the Bristol Laboratory which was acquired from GTL in 2007.
In addition to EMC and LVD, YES also provides Regulatory and Electromagnetic Consultancy, IET Endorsed Continuing Professional Development Training and a range of specialist Reference Signal Sources for Test System Validation and Shielding Effectiveness Measurements.
